What's included in every fare
- ✓ £7 Heathrow drop-off charge — paid once per vehicle entry, in the fare
- ✓ All motorway tolls on the route (Dartford if applicable)
- ✓ ULEZ (£12.50) if your route crosses the boundary
- ✓ Fuel + vehicle costs built into the hourly rate

No peak surcharge
The published fare is the fare, whatever time you fly. Friday 16:00–19:00, Sunday evening, UK public holidays — same price as a quiet Tuesday morning.
No surge, no surcharge, no "peak" line item on the confirmation email.
How the fares are calculated
Off-peak drive time × £65/hour. Rounded up to nearest £5, minimum £80.
Simple and transparent — the longer the journey takes, the higher the fare. See the worked example.
Cancellation policy
- More than 12 hours before pickup: free, no fee
- 4 to 12 hours: 50% fare
- Less than 4 hours: 100% fare
- Flight cancellation by airline: booking moves to rebooked flight at no fee

What we DON'T charge for
Things competitors and aggregators commonly add to your bill that Kings doesn't:
- ❌ "Service fee" or "booking fee" — 10-15% on aggregator sites
- ❌ Card processing fees — 1.5-2.9% on the fare
- ❌ Meet-and-greet supplement — £15-25 extra elsewhere
- ❌ "Out of hours" or "night" surcharge — overnight transfers pay standard fare
