Groups of up to 8, or a smaller party with more luggage, book a Heathrow minibus taxi, a 6 seater or an 8 seater, in the same booking form, at a fixed fare for the route. For most trips out of Heathrow the coach or train is the cheaper choice. People book a fixed-price car when the timetable, the luggage, the size of the party or the traveller makes the coach hard work. These four situations come up most often.
No UK SIM card? It still works.
Most overseas phones roam on UK networks, and Heathrow has free Wi-Fi in every terminal. Your passenger can call or WhatsApp the driver from the arrivals hall, using the driver's name and mobile number we send when the booking is confirmed.
An early departure from Oxford, Leicester or Bristol often means leaving home before the first coach or train of the day runs. You choose the pickup time, at any hour, and the fare is fixed when you book. Flights out of Heathrow are not tracked, so tell us if your departure time changes.
If you live in the UK or abroad and your parents are landing at Heathrow, you can book and pay for their car yourself. When the booking is confirmed, we send you the driver's name and mobile number, so pass them on. When they have their bags, they call or send a message, and the driver drives round to collect them.
We check the arriving flight, and the first 60 minutes after it lands are free. A late flight or a slow passport queue costs nothing extra.

After an overnight flight, the coach to Leicester, Nottingham or Birmingham can mean a wait at the coach station and a cap on how many cases you bring. People arriving for work, and students starting university, book the car to go straight to the door.
Heathrow Airport, TW6
Heathrow lies about 15 miles west of central London, between the M4 to the north and the M25 to the west, in the London Borough of Hillingdon. The airport has its own postcode district, TW6, with the post town Hounslow, and each terminal has its own postcode for a sat nav. Every Kings fare starts or ends at one of the four terminals below.
From the airport, most of our routes run up the M25 to the M40 for Oxford and Birmingham, on to the M1 for Milton Keynes, Leicester and Nottingham, or west along the M4 for Reading, Bristol and Cardiff.
Heathrow charges £7 each time a car enters a terminal drop-off zone, and charges for parking while a driver waits to collect you. Both are already in your fare.

There is no name board in the arrivals hall. Once you have your bags, call or message the driver, and walk to the meeting point while the driver drives round.
