The National Exhibition Centre (NEC), Resorts World, the Utilita Arena and Birmingham Airport (BHX) all sit together beside the M42 at Junction 6, so we leave the motorway there and drop you at the door without going near the city centre. We also cover the city-centre business and event venues, the Bullring, Birmingham New Street, the University of Birmingham, Aston University, Birmingham Business Park and the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. If you are visiting for a trade show or conference, tell us the hall or venue name when you book and we plan the approach around it. The fare is the same fixed price whichever address you give us.

There is no direct train from Heathrow to Birmingham, so the rail route means a Tube or coach into central London and then a mainline service from Euston or Marylebone into New Street or Moor Street, with two or three luggage changes along the way. The National Express coach runs direct from the Heathrow Central Bus Station to Birmingham for roughly £15 to £30, and it is the cheapest option if you are travelling light and your timing is flexible. A private taxi makes more sense when you are travelling as a group, land late at night, or want a door-to-door drop at the NEC, a hotel or your address without changing vehicles. Our estate car takes up to four passengers with two large suitcases plus cabin bags; at £210 fixed that works out at around £53 each for four people.
