Heathrow terminals

Every terminal,
same pickup procedure.

We don't wait inside the terminal with a name board. We track your flight, wait nearby, and drive round to Terminal Parking, or the pick-up zone at Terminal 4, once you've cleared customs and called.

Heathrow Terminal 2 (The Queen's Terminal)

Star Alliance carriers (United, Lufthansa, Air Canada, Singapore).

Terminal Parking (still signed Short Stay in places). Call us when you've cleared customs.

T3

Heathrow Terminal 3

Virgin Atlantic, Delta, American Airlines, Emirates, Qantas.

Terminal Parking (still signed Short Stay in places). Call us when you've cleared customs.

T4

Heathrow Terminal 4

SkyTeam carriers (KLM, Air France, Etihad, Qatar, Saudia).

Pickup point

Designated pick-up zone (the T4 multi-storey car park closed in June 2026). Message us your zone number once you have your bags.

Heathrow Terminal 5

British Airways and Iberia exclusively.

Terminal Parking (still signed Short Stay in places). Call us when you've cleared customs.

How pickup works

Call us when you've landed, we come round.

    Flight tracked

    Give us your flight number when booking. We monitor the inbound flight and know your real landing time: no need to call us if you're delayed.

  2. 02

    Call when you've cleared customs

    Once you've got your luggage and walked through, send a quick text or call. We drive round to Terminal Parking, usually 5 minutes from your call. At Terminal 4, tell us the number of the pick-up zone you are standing at.

  3. 03

    Final price, paid at booking

    No name-board meet & greet, no airport hidden charges. The fare quoted at booking is what you pay: Heathrow drop-off, motorway tolls and ULEZ all included.

Free wait time: 60 minutes from your actual landing time. After that it's £15 per additional hour, billed only if you ask us to stay.
