What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is taken securely online at the time of booking by PayPal, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. No cash is accepted, and there's no added surcharge for paying this way.

Heathrow taxi card payment: paying at booking
The full booking payment is made online. Accepted methods are card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Cash is not accepted, and passengers do not pay the driver when the vehicle arrives or after reaching the destination. The payment relates to the fixed fare agreed for the selected vehicle and route.
There is no card surcharge. The quoted fare is paid at booking rather than calculated by a meter during the journey. Because the fare is fixed, traffic delay does not increase the amount. The published fare also stays the same regardless of the time of day or day of the week, with no peak surcharge or surge pricing.
Heathrow taxi card payment: what the fixed fare covers
The online payment covers the door-to-door fare for the booked route and vehicle. It includes the £7 Heathrow drop-off charge, motorway tolls, ULEZ where applicable, fuel and traffic delay. These items are not collected separately from the passenger by the driver. There is also no separate surcharge simply because traffic makes the journey longer.
The vehicle fare is not a per-passenger amount. A car, 6 seater or 8 seater is booked at its fixed fare for the route. The car carries up to four passengers, with three in comfort, and up to three large suitcases. The 6 seater and 8 seater provide the group options listed in the booking and fare data.
