Cancelled Heathrow flight taxi booking: moving to the new arrival
If the airline cancels your arriving flight, the taxi booking moves to the rebooked flight at no fee. Tell Kings the new flight number so the booking can follow the replacement arrival. This rule applies to an airline cancellation and is different from choosing to cancel the taxi. The fixed fare remains the fare for the booked vehicle and route.
The replacement may arrive at a different time from the original flight. Kings tracks arriving flights, so the relevant arrival is monitored using the new flight number. Payment remains online at booking, with no cash payment to the driver.

For the rebooked arriving flight, the pickup timing follows the aircraft's actual landing time rather than its scheduled landing time. The booking includes 60 minutes of free waiting from actual landing. If the passenger wants the driver to remain beyond that period, the additional wait is £15 per hour. The charge applies only when the passenger asks the driver to stay.
An airline cancellation does not use the passenger cancellation scale. Passenger cancellation is free with more than 12 hours' notice, costs 50% of the fare from 4 to 12 hours before pickup, and costs 100% with less than 4 hours' notice. A no-show without notice also costs 100% of the fare.
