How many people and cases fit for a family booking?
Up to 3 passengers and 2 large suitcases in the standard estate car. A family of 4 or more, or with more luggage than that, should call before booking rather than turn up and hope — we can arrange a second vehicle to travel alongside so nobody's left waiting for a return trip from the same driver.

Do you provide child seats?
Yes, free on request. Baby seats (0-18 months), child seats (9 months-4 years) and booster seats (4-12 years) are fitted before pickup, so there's nothing to sort out at the terminal. Just mention the ages of any children travelling when you book. Full fleet detail is on the fleet page.
What if our flight is delayed with young children on board?
We track your flight number and adjust the pickup time automatically. A delay doesn't mean a tired family standing in arrivals wondering if the driver's still coming, and you're never charged extra for an airline delay. Free wait time is 60 minutes from the scheduled pickup.
When do families travel this route most?
